ORWAK HORIZONTAL 500 AT — a fully automatic horizontal baler for centralised handling of larger recyclable streams. Designed for continuous feeding, automatic compaction and bale tying.

Who is it for?
500 AT suits logistics centres, retail, manufacturing, warehouses and recyclers with continuous streams where vertical balers require too much operator time.
How it works
Waste is continuously fed into the hopper manually, by bin lifter, pneumatic transport or conveyor. A photocell automatically starts the cycle, compressing material in the channel.
At the set bale length, four wires automatically tie the bale, which is then ejected. Bale length is adjustable to suit the material and transport requirements.
