About the machine
ORWAK SEMI-AUTOMATIC 1540, 1550 and 1560 — compact closed-end horizontal balers for sites where vertical balers require too much operator time, but fully automatic tying is not yet needed.

Who is it for?
This series suits retail, manufacturing, warehouses, logistics and distribution centres, and recyclers handling larger volumes of cardboard, paper, plastic film, PP bulk bags or punctured PET bottles.
Which model should you choose?
1540 — 40 t model with a 7.5 kW motor. 1550 — 50 t model with a 15 kW motor and the shortest cycle, at 39 s. 1560 — 60 t model for maximum compaction force.
How it works
Waste is fed manually or by bin lifter, chute, conveyor or forklift. A photocell can start the automatic cycle, compressing material against the closed end of the channel.
When the chamber is full and the bale ready, the operator manually ties it with four straps or wires. A pallet is placed in front, and two-button operation ejects the bale semi-automatically onto it for forklift collection.
