About the machine
ORWAK HORIZONTAL 1000 ATH — the largest baler in the current ORWAK HORIZONTAL range, designed for very large, continuous streams of cardboard, paper and other suitable materials. Available with a 55 or 75 kW drive to match site throughput requirements.

Who is it for?
1000 ATH serves large recycling, logistics, manufacturing and waste handling sites requiring continuous high throughput and automated bale formation.
How it works
Waste is fed continuously into the hopper by conveyor, bin lifter or another engineered feeding solution. A photocell automatically starts the compaction cycle, and material is compressed in the channel.
At the set bale length, 1000 ATH automatically ties the bale horizontally with four wires and ejects it for collection. The 55 kW version provides lower hourly throughput; the 75 kW version provides higher throughput.
